SCHOOL
the whole team stays together in one classroom. All participants must bring their own sleeping bags and mattresses. Each classroom can be locked.

YOUTH HOSTEL DYKOVA,  A PLUS, RHEA or similar
lodging is provided in multi-bedded rooms (maximum 7 beds) with common facilities. Bedding provided.

HOTEL B  OLŠANKA , CITY CLUB, PROKOPKA , VODNÍK , TATRAN , VÍTKOVA, OLGA, SPLENDID, NORDIK  or similar
simple tourist class hotels, lodging is basically provided in multi-bedded rooms with private facilities.

HOTEL A MACHOVA , PARKHOTEL , ADMIRAL , AMARILIS, CLARION CONGRESS , HOTEL OLYMPIC or similar
good tourist class hotels, lodging is provided in triple, double or single rooms with private facilities.

ACCOMMODATION FEE

LODGING PRICES WITH FULL BOARD INCLUDE
Activity card, breakfast, lunch packet, dinner (2 courses) and arrival assistance. Meals from breakfast 07.07.2010 till breakfast 10.07.2010. The additional nights are provided with breakfast only. Bus transfers are not included.

LODGING PRICES WITH BREAKFAST ONLY INCLUDE
Activity card, breakfasts and arrival assistance. Bus transfers are not included.

INDIVIDUAL FEE
Any team that does not accept any of above mentioned lodging alternatives offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee - EUR 25/per person. This fee includes the activity card.

  THE ACTIVITY CARD INCLUDES:

- entrance to the sport halls
- public transport ticket valid in buses, trams, metro within the tournament dates
- entrance to the important historical sights operated by Prague Information Service
- tournament party entrance
- entrance to the final day programme
- 5% discount in FLORBAL EXPERT specialized shop (products of UNIHOC, ZONE, McDAVID, PUMA, ISOSTAR, not valid for already discounted items or special action goods)
- other possible activities will be specified later

BUS TRANSFERS
Bus transfers from or to the airport or railway station may be booked separately for special rate EUR 100/per team. The exact arrival or departure details must be specified 7 days prior arrival at the latest.

SCHOOLS

The schools will be opened from Tuesday,  at 4 p. m. Information session for leaders staying at school takes place at 10 p. m. at the school vestibule. Every team has to present complete name list for check in to the school.
For the school accommodation strict behaviour rules are requested by the organiser and following instructions have to be observed:
• Smoking in the schools and in the surrounding area is strictly forbidden!
• No alcohol is allowed to be brought into the schools!
• No ball games are allowed in the schools!
• The participants must keep the schools tidy!
• Do not damage or destroy the furniture of the classes and schools!
• Young participants cannot be left unattended in the schools!
• The night silence must be kept after 10 p. m.!
• All valuables have to be carried along! The organizer is not responsible for any potential losses.
• The participants must ask school tournament service to lock their classroom each time they leave it.
• Follow the instructions of the schoolmaster or school tournament service!

In case of violation of the above mentioned rules the organiser reserves the rights to exclude the whole team from the accommodation, eventually from the tournament participation without any compensation.
The schools will be officially open from 6 a. m. and locked at 10.30 p. m. On Thursday and Friday the schools will be opened till 12 p. m. Nobody will be allowed to enter the school after these times. A potential late coming must be prearranged with the school tournament service that will be present 24 hours a day at schools. All problems should be discussed first with the members of this service.
Please, be aware of the necessity of a guarantee – caution – for the accommodation in school classrooms or halls. The EUR 60 or CZK 1500 (per one team) paid upon teams arrival at the School will be returned during the checking- out at the place of team accommodation only in case of a classroom or hall returned in the state in which it was received by the team. This amount will be used for covering potential damages caused by the team in the classes, the school halls or/and the school itself. In case of any damage caused by the participants, the participants will pay for the damages a corresponding financial compensation on spot. Due to limited facilities in the schools, the participants are highly invited to take the showers in the tournament halls after their matches.
School has to be vacated before Saturday 10 a. m.
In case of the late check out (after 10 a. m. on Saturday) the deposit will be not refunded!

HOSTELS/HOTELS

Every team has to present a full name list (including full name, birth date, passport number) after arrival to the hotel/hostel and prearrange the breakfast and other meals time with the reception (in case they are ordered and provided at the hotel/hostel).

The participants are required to follow the house order in hotels/hostels, especially the night silence after 10 p. m. The check in time is 2 p. m. and the check out time is 10 a. m. The luggage can be stored till later time on the departure day when prearranged in advance with the reception.

In hotels/hostels the damage deposit is requested (EUR 10–20/person)!! This amount will be used to cover potential damages caused by the team members. The deposits will be returned upon departure when the rooms will be taken over by the reception staff. The deposit routine depends on the regulations of each hostel.

Please follow the instructions of the receptionists.
 

CATERING AT THE SCHOOL

The food will be served as ordered by the teams in student canteen.
With respect to the limited times of food delivery in school canteen, in case of the impossibility to respect these food delivery times due to a conflict with matches scheduled, and only in such a case, the organizers advice the teams to prearrange with the personnel another delivery of the food, if the canteen can arrange it.

All such changes must be prearranged with the canteen personnel.

Breakfast 6.00 a.m. till 8.30 a.m.
Lunchpackets at breakfast
Dinner 5.30 p.m. till 8.00 p.m.

The standard tournament package starts with breakfast on Wednesday  and terminates by breakfast on Saturday.Every participant will be given the participation card containing the dinning vouchers.
This voucher and ID wristband must be presented at every meal. The lunch packets are distributed only to the team leaders for the whole team together.
